- In 2024, Wendy supported resolutions supporting the Garry Oaks Restoration & Stewardship Program, including tree risk abatement funding, MOU, and 5-year funding commitment for the project.
- As Chair of the Comox Valley Regional District Water Committee, Morin strongly advocated for more rigorous conservation measures and stricter enforcement, while balancing the needs of local businesses and urban food growers.
- Wendy supported resources towards a zero emissions vehicle fleet, and development of the corporate facility energy plan.
